Do I need to provide water or electricity for the service?

Yes, the customer will need to have electricity and water plug-ins at the service location.

Do I need to be present during the detailing?

Not necessarily, as long as our guys are able to access electricity, water, and able to unlock the cars, everything else can be done online.
What is the difference between waxing and ceramic coating?

Both of these products serve the same purpose of protecting the cars' exterior from damage and fading due to exposure to UV light from the sun, however, there are major differences between the two. Wax is a natural coating product that provides a medium protection, high gloss finish that lasts about 2-4 months. Ceramic coating is a coating that provides high protection, high gloss finish for about 3-5 years if maintained properly.
